LEAGUE RULES
SERIES ELIGIBILITY
ALL RRP SERIES ARE OPEN TO
ALL MEMBERS.
CAR NUMBERS
THE SAME CAR NUMBER MUST BE
USED IN ALL SERIES. ALL CAR NUMBERS MUST BE NO MORE THAN THREE
NUMBERS. NO LETTERS ARE ALLOWED.
DRIVER LOGIN
ALL MEMBERS LOGIN NAMES AND
PLAYER NAMES MUST BE THE MEMBERS FIRST INTIAL AND LAST NAME (
EXAMPLE: J SMITH ). SEE THE RRP FORUMS FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
CARFILES
PLEASE HAVE THE CARFILE THAT
YOU ARE GOING TO RUN UPLOADED TO THE CAR FILE MANAGER BEFORE THE
START OF PRACTICE.
RSCLIENT & ACDM CHEAT DETECTION
ALL SERIES WILL BE RUN
THROUGH RACE SERVERS RSCLIENT & ACDM CHEAT DETECTION.
TEAMSPEAK
ALL MEMBERS MUST BE LOGGED
ONTO TEAMSPEAK AND IN THE RACE ROOM WHEN LOGGED ONTO THE SERVER.
TEAMS MAY HAVE THEIR OWN TEAM ROOM, BUT MUST BE IN THE RACE ROOM
WHEN LOGGED ONTO THE SERVER
BE PREPARED
BE PREPARED TO QUALIFY AT THE
SCHEDULED TIME.
QUALIFYING WILL NOT BE HELD FOR A MEMBER THAT IS NOT PREPARED.
WE WILL HOWEVER HOLD QUALIFYING FOR REASONS BEYOND A MEMBERS
CONTROL.
PLEASE SHOW UP AT THE START
OF PRACTICE IF YOU HAVEN'T HAD TIME TO PRACTICE BEFORE HAND.
PLEASE HAVE A SETUP READY TO USE & THE PROPER TRACK DOWNLOADED
WHEN YOU SHOW UP FOR PRACTICE. DO NOT COME IN FIVE MINUTES
BEFORE QUALIFYING ASKING WHAT TRACK ARE WE RUNNING AND DOES
ANYONE HAVE A SETUP.
CONDUCT
PLEASE KEEP THE CHAT DOWN TO
A MINIMUM ON TEAMSPEAK, RESPECT OUR MEMBERS THAT ARE ON DIAL UP
AND OUR MEMBERS THAT ARE TRYING TO HEAR THEIR SPOTTERS.
OVER AGGRESSIVE & RECKLESS
DRIVING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
FLAMING AND/OR FIGHTING WITH OTHER MEMBERS WILL NOT BE
TOLERATED.
IF YOU HAVE HAD TOO MUCH TO DRINK OR WHATEVER, PLEASE DO NOT
RACE. ALTHOUGH YOU MAY BE HAVING A REAL SWELL TIME, CHANCES ARE
NO ONE ELSE IS. PLEASE DON'T MAKE US EJECT YOU FROM THE SERVER.
ACT LIKE AN ADULT, THAT SAYS IT ALL.

SERIES RULES
INITIAL START - ALL SERIES
ONCE THE GREEN FLAG HAS BEEN
TAKEN THERE WILL BE ONE RESTART ONLY IN THE CASE OF A WRECK OR A
MEMBER FALLS OUT DUE TO CONNECTION PROBLEMS. ONCE THE LEADER HAS
COMPLETED TWO LAPS, THERE WILL BE NO MORE RESTARTS. IF PROBLEMS
OCCUR BEFORE THE GREEN FLAG COMES OUT AND A RESTART IS
NECESSARY, THIS WILL NOT BE COUNTED AS A RESTART.
STARTS & RESTARTS - ALL SERIES
ALL STARTS & RESTARTS WILL BE
DOUBLE FILE, WITH LAPPED CARS LINING UP ON THE INSIDE.
ON ALL STARTS, POSITIONS 1 & 2 MUST MAINTAIN STEADY PACE SPEED
(THE SPEED OF THE PACE CAR ) UNTIL THE GREEN FLAG IS SHOWN.
PASSING ON THE FIRST LAP IS ALLOWED, BUT OVER AGGRESSIVE MOVES
WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
RESTARTS WITH TEN OR LESS LAPS TO GO, ALL LAPPED CARS MUST DRIVE
THROUGH THE PITS ON THE THIRD PACE LAP, AND LINE UP SINGLE FILE
AT THE END OF THE LEAD LAP CARS.
BRAKE CHECKING - ALL SERIES
IF THE LEADER SLOWS BELOW 3
MPH UNDER PACE SPEED AFTER THE PACE CARS HAS LEFT THE TRACK,
THIS WILL BE DEEMED BRAKE CHECKING.
FLYING STARTS - ALL SERIES
IF THE LEADER SPEEDS UP TO 3
MPH OR MORE OVER PACE SPEED AFTER THE PACE CARS HAS LEFT THE
TRACK, THIS WILL BE DEEMED A FLYING START.
PITTING UNDER GREEN - ALL SERIES
DRIVERS MUST SIGNAL BY AUTO
CHAT INTENTIONS TO PIT ONE HALF LAP BEFORE PITTING. IF A DRIVER
SIGNALS TO PIT AND FAILS TO DO SO, THIS WILL BE DEEMED FAKE
PITTING UNDER GREEN.
IF BY ACCIDENT A DRIVERS SIGNALS TO PIT, THEY MUST THEN SIGNAL
"EXITING PITS" IMMEDIATELY.
RACING BACK TO CAUTION - AERO 88 SERIES
RACING BACK TO THE YELLOW
FLAG WHEN A CAUTION COMES OUT IS PERMITTED, BUT ONLY IN A SAFE
MANNER.
LUCKY DOG RULE - CUP, BUSCH, TRUCK SERIES
WHEN A CAUTION COMES OUT,
PLEASE HOLD YOUR POSTIONS, DO NOT RACE BACK TO THE YELLOW UNLESS
THERE ARE FIVE OR LESS LAPS TO GO, THEN RACING BACK IS PERMITTED
IN A SAFE MANNER.
IF YOU ARE THE LUCKY DOG, YOU MAY PIT FOR NORMAL SERVICE ON THE
SECOND CAUTION LAP. ON THE THIRD CAUTION LAP YOU MUST DRIVE
THROUGH THE PITS AND START AT THE REAR OF THE FIELD. THERE ARE
NO LUCKY DOGS GIVEN WITH TEN OR LESS LAPS TO GO. IF YOU ARE
INVOLVED IN BRINGING OUT THE CAUTION YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE
LUCKY DOG, IT WILL GO TO NEXT CAR A LAP OR MORE DOWN..
UNDER CAUTION - ALL SERIES
IF YOU ARE THE LEADER WHEN
THE CAUTION COMES OUT, PLEASE ANNOUNCE OVER TEAMSPEAK WHEN YOU
CROSS THE START/FINISH LINE AND TAKE THE CAUTION. PLEASE BE
SLOWED DOWN TO PACE SPEED BY THE MIDDLE OF TURNS 1 & 2 TO PICK
UP THE PACE CAR, GOING TOO FAR CAN MESS THINGS UP FOR SOME WHEN
TRYING TO PIT.
UNDER CAUTION THE PROPER DISTANCE BETWEEN CARS DURING PACE LAPS
IS .3 TO .5
ALL CARS MUST STAGGER LOW / HIGH UNTIL ONE LAP TO GO GREEN
PLEASE KEEP THE CHAT DOWN FOR THE FIRST TWO CAUTION LAPS SO
EVERYONE CAN HEAR THEIR SPOTTERS. DISCUSS WHAT HAPPENED LATER.
PITTING UNDER CAUTION - ALL SERIES
DRIVERS DO NOT NEED TO SIGNAL
THAT THEY ARE PITTING UNDER CAUTION. FAKE PITTING UNDER CAUTION
IS PERMITTED, BUT ONLY IN A SAFE MANNER.
TOW TRUCK - ALL SERIES
IF YOU ARE INVOLVED IN A
WRECK AND YOUR CAR IS SO DAMAGED YOU HAVE TROUBLE GETTING TO THE
PITS IN A TIMELY MANNER, PLEASE CALL FOR A TOW TRUCK. THIS
SHOULD BE DONE OUT OF RESPECT FOR ALL THE OTHER DRIVERS.
EXITING THE PITS - ALL SERIES
ALL DRIVERS MUST SIGNAL
"EXITING PITS" WHEN GOING BACK ONTO THE TRACK, UNDER GREEN &
UNDER YELLOW.
BLACK FLAGS - ALL SERIES
BLACK FLAGS WILL NOT BE
CLEARED FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU GET A BLACK FLAG BECAUSE OF A
GAME GLITCH, CONSIDER IT A MECHANICAL FAILURE, AND SERVE IT.
BLOCKING - ALL SERIES
BLOCKING IS ALLOWED WITH 1
LAP TO GO, BUT ONLY IN A SAFE MANNER.
Blocking is defined as:
Suddenly changing the racing line in an attempt to cut off and
prevent an obviously faster car from making a pass. The act of
blocking is considered unacceptable, unsportsmanlike.
* The responsibility
for being patient and waiting for an opportunity to make a clean
pass rests on the driver attempting to make the pass. No one is
obligated to simply move aside to allow another car to pass.
Every driver on the lead lap has the right to continue to race
his/her established racing line. If they do so, that DOES NOT
constitute blocking.
